Terms & Conditions – Summer 2025 Giveaway
Desportos Náuticos de Alvor
1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Desportos Náuticos de Alvor, headquartered in Alvor, Portugal. This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals aged 16 or older.
Minors under 16 may participate with parental or guardian consent.
Employees or direct collaborators of Desportos Náuticos de Alvor are not eligible.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on May 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on June 19, 2025 (GMT).
Winners will be randomly selected and announced on June 20, 2025 via our official Instagram account.
4. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
Follow @desportosnauticosalvor on Instagram.
Like the official giveaway post.
Comment on the post tagging at least one friend per comment. Each comment with a different tag counts as an entry.
To be eligible for the 10% gift card draw, participants must also share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag our account.
5. Prizes
Main Giveaway: 3 winners will each receive a 30-minute jetski experience voucher (1 voucher per person).
Bonus Giveaway: 10 participants who share the post will be randomly selected to receive a 10% discount gift card, valid on all products in our online store.
Prize Conditions:
The jetski vouchers are valid for use during the 2025 summer season only and are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to claim the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random using a digital draw tool.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 72 hours of the announcement.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Personal Data
By participating, entrants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data strictly for the purposes of prize delivery and winner verification, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8. General Conditions
Desportos Náuticos de Alvor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway and its terms at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
