Refunds and Returns Policy
This policy applies to activity bookings and merchandise purchases made through Desportos Náuticos de Alvor.
1. Activity Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity.
• Exceptional cases must be requested in writing via booking@desportosnauticosalvor.com .
2. How to Request an Activity Refund
• Full name and contact details.
• Booking reference number.
• Reason for the refund request.
Requests should be sent to booking@desportosnauticosalvor.com .
3. Merchandise Returns (30 Days)
Merchandise returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To start a return, customers must contact us in advance via booking@desportosnauticosalvor.com or by telephone at +351 933 451 271, and include the order reference.
4. Merchandise Return Conditions
• Items must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.
• All original tags must be intact.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging or suitable protective packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order reference must be included.
5. Return Shipping, Fees and Refunds (Merchandise)
• Return shipping is provided by the customer.
• No restocking fee is charged.
• Returns can be sent via CTT to Rua Coca Maravilhas, Lote 15, 8500 Portimão, Portugal.
• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Exceptions
• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Activities already completed or partially attended.
• There are no final sale items for merchandise under the current store settings.
